This Choir session is cancelled until furthur notice, due to the covid-19 social distancing. Please sign up to my newsletter to hear about any singing that may start up again in the future .

If you want to sing outside, I am running weekly al freso singing sessions in and around Shrewsbury email me to get on the list and get details

This laid back choir is made up of people from the Castlefields area of Shrewsbury, and Beyond.

The room has beautiful acoustics, as it has a stunning wooden floor and high ceiling.

Sometimes we join forces with other choirs to take part in singing events going on in and around Shrewsbury as the choir is quite small (20 or so people usually). We love our tea breaks and often have homemade cakes (thanks Jo). They are even gluten free.

We laugh a lot and as one singer said….’the week really does start on a high note!’

Leon knits socks and makes all sorts of lovely things, and Ian grows tomato plants. Together they raise money for Medecins sans Frontieres  and the Shrewsbury Cats Home.

Leon loves to knit and crochet. Here is a picture of her xmas tree with snowflakes that have been lovingly crocheted and starched and also some sample hand-knitted socks/gloves!
How to find us:

Singing in Roxane’s choirs is soul therapy - whatever baggage you arrive with at the start of a session falls by the wayside and I always leave on a singing-induced high!

These sessions are so friendly and fun whilst also feeding the soul with harmonic beauty. They are empowering, moving, fun, inclusive, friendly, joyful, relaxed and a great way to make friends.
